Programs for 4-year olds
Our Discoverers & Beyond Beagle programs, located at 115 Regent St., build on our three-year old curriculum, expanding ideas and concepts, encouraging more independence, and giving students the tools for success in Kindergarten. Each class follows a daily schedule, incorporating science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) and includes free play, circle time, calendar activities, music and movement, learning centers, story time, and outdoor play.
In addition, the Beyond Beagle program is part of our afternoon enrichment classes and includes a weekly French lesson.
Our four-year olds take several field trips each year, which may include Proctors Theater, Riverview Orchard, and MiSci. Children also participate in monthly movement classes by Lili Loveday.
Classes meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, either in the morning (Discoverers: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM), or in the afternoon (Beyond Beagle: 12:40 – 3:40 PM).
Eligible children must turn four-years old on or before December 1 of the school year.
