2018-2019 Registration Information
Thank you for your interest in the Beagle School! For your convenience we have placed our registration form on the top of this page. (Please also note: New York State requires all children entering preschool to submit a doctor’s form showing that their immunizations are up to date. The only exceptions to this requirement are if the family physician recommends against immunizations for a medical reason. In this case, a written statement must accompany the Health Assessment Form/Physical Form. All health forms must be received before your child enters The Beagle School. )
Current Beagle School families receive priority when registering for classes. Current families may hand in the registration materials beginning December 18, 2017 and should have their materials in no later than January 5th, 2018.
Are you an alumni family? (Child enrolling is a sibling of a former Beagle student or the child of a former Beagle Student.) We will collect alumni registration materials during the registration period for current families and place them prior to opening up registration to the general public on January 8th.
The Beagle School will be opening registration for all programs to the general public at our 115 Regent Street location on January 8th, 2018. Beginning at 10:30 AM, we will be accepting completed applications on a first come, first served basis. Any applications mailed in will be opened at the end of business on January 8th.
Please note that we will continue to accept preschool registrations after this date until our classes are full. We do maintain waitlists for all of our programs.
Completed registration packets MUST include the Application for Enrollment, a signed Financial Agreement, and the appropriate registration fee. (See letter to parents for full instructions.) Completed applications can be mailed to 115 Regent Street, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 or dropped off at any of our open houses. (You may print out a copy of our application at the link on the bottom of this page.)
Our 115 Regent Street Open House for our 3-5 year old programs will be on Monday, January 8th, 2018 from 10:30 AM-12:30 PM. This is also the first day of general registration (for all programs).
Our 107 Circular Street Open House for our 2 year old programs will be held on Tuesday, January 9th from 10:00-11:30 AM.
Please call the office with any questions. Again, thanks for your interest!
